Velix Trust exists to give Roblox school-roleplay communities something most build alone: a shared standard, a shared record, and a name worth trusting.
Charter review
We audit staffing, rules, and one week of live sessions before a school is granted a charter.
Safety escalation
Reports and safety-chat violations route straight to the Director of Community & Safety.
Public record
Every charter granted, renewed, or revoked is logged in the open Register below.
Annual renewal
Charters are reassessed every year against the same five standards, no exceptions.
Dispute mediation
We step in when a member school and its community can't reach an agreement.
Staff directory
A shared directory of trained staff, portable between every member school.
Every chartered school agrees to one standard of staffing, safety, and story — so a student moving between member schools finds the same care wherever they enroll.

Four seats govern the Trust
Each seat carries a distinct responsibility, from admitting new schools to hearing safety appeals.
Chair of the Trust
Sets the agenda and casts the deciding vote.
Dir. of Academic Standards
Reviews charter petitions and class structure.
Dir. of Community & Safety
Handles reports and moderation appeals.
Director of Operations
Runs admissions and the public record.
Seats are held by the Trust's founding staff. Current officers are pinned in the members' Discord.
Five clauses every school must hold
A charter that lapses on any one of these is not renewed automatically.
Host staff trainings
New and existing staff complete training sessions so every member knows the standards before they go live.
Have an organised set of rules
Rules are written down, kept up to date, and easy for members to find and understand.
Host events for community members
Regular events are run for members, keeping the community active and engaged beyond routine sessions.
Accept random hosted inspections
Velix Trust may conduct unannounced visits to confirm standards are being met in practice, not just on paper.
Undergo annual review
Every charter is reassessed once a year against these same five clauses, with no automatic renewal.
